ProjectJoyCebu to supports frontliners

CIC92 together with #projectJOYcebu is currently supporting the frontliners (healthcare workers) as they unite against Covid19.

Aside from their share-a-meal drive, they also aim to donate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) with your help. As of this month, they’re able to work hand in hand with JCI Sinulog Cebu sharing the same mission to #fightagainstcovid19. Their first batch of PPE set is still under production and to be distributed for VSMC and CDU Hospital.

Their is also a need to help other frontliners like environmental services, food industry workers, delivery partners, security guards, grocery attendants, garbage collectors, those who are out of work, the outskirts etc.

There’s a global shortage of disposable face masks. So, they are also supporting the face mask makers (washable) with their #masksforall #maskforacause campaign. Not everyone has access to the suppliers and the price of one box of disposable mask is not very affordable. The Department of Health recommends wearing masks at all times to prevent the spread of the virus or protect from any kinds of sickness. Most establishments are required to wear face mask. Their goal is to share as many face masks especially to our less privilege brothers and sisters.

Feel free to donate for whatever good cause you support. They also consider donating supplies (like rice, canned goods, vitamins, milk, alcohol, & other essentials) to areas who are serving their community and to families (esp. with babies/children/seniors) who are greatly affected by this crisis.
