Cebu Bootcamp Challenge is a 6-week weight loss boot camp aimed to help its members lose weight by providing a fitness program that is guaranteed to work. Cebu Boot Camp believes so much in the program that if a member loses 20 pounds after the 6-week program, the member's registration fee will be refunded.
What is a Bootcamp?
A bootcamp is a type of physical training program conducted by gyms and coached by personal trainers. This program is designed to help lose weight, build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1 hour period of time.
Who can join?
Anybody who wants to lose weight can join and have fun while doing it.
What kind of workouts are involved?
The workouts are mostly bodyweight movements with some use of light weights. Functional movements will be used. These are things that are already done everyday such as jumping, throwing, pulling, squatting, pushing, lifting, etc.
Will the members follow a certain diet?
Yes! When it comes to losing weight, nutrition comprises 70% of the work, only 30% comes from exercise. A nutrition plan will be provided to all the members who joined the challenge.
All bootcamp registrants are required to attend the initial weigh in and briefing on Sunday, January 24, 2016 at 8am. First class will start on Monday, January 25, 2016 at Crossfit Pintados Building at EZone Paseo, F. Cabahug Street right across Citi Park Hotel.
The schedule of classes is 1 hour everyday from Monday to Friday at 9am to 10am and at 730pm to 830pm.
