ill start, for me marcos because in marcos time our country is one of the richest, just 2nd to japan and powerful people visits us even the pope visits philippines. - thats how Philippines is before...

our military is the strongest in the pacific we can strike war with neighboring countries we got sabah to be part of philippines at that time but due to our deteriorating economy ramos sold sabbah to Indonesia how stupid. " to think he is a general... "

if our nuclear plant was successfully operated, we will be the first in asia to have a nuclear power plant and electricity would be very cheap... tsk tsk tsk due to american intervention it was not successfully operated.

before taiwanese and chinese and other neighboring countries come to work in the philippines, "how cool is that" coz philippines is like the country of hope for them, but now we are exporting our filipinos to other country to work, we are getting out of our country because economy is falling down deeper and deeper into the hole.

we have good theater, museums, and history and most of all filipino's then where discipline.

our universities is flooded with foreign student wants to have a agriculture degree because we are the best in the continent, now we are surpassed by thailand and malaysia.

we are the major exporter of rice and other agri stuff, now we are the greatest importers of our own products...

spratley island was solely owned by us but now there are several country claiming the island because of its resources... tsk tsk tsk what a shame....

we have government hospitals that is very famous in the whole asia continent the kidney and heart center.

Philippines is a nice country back then, we earn our independence but we did not follow thru.

for noy noy i realy dont have that much but for cory all i know is that all agency became corrupt because of her, because there is no discipline in the country... after edsa revolution filipinos became crazy
