Early last year nabantayan nako sundon sa hulmigas akong pee. Nagpa check up dayon ko pagka ugma. Taas akong sugar, mga 185. Ni undang dayon kog inom anang mga tam-is nga drinks. After 3 months nga tubig nalang akong imnon ni ubos akong sugar level, 118 nalang. Hangtud karon wala nako mag softdrinks or iced tea. Di na pud ko mo crave.
So kong kaya nako there's no reason nga dili ninyo kaya mo undang inom anang mga softdrinks og unsa pana diha.
