    Default How to control Cola addiction?


    As i make this thread, I'm sipping my ice cold coke, and i wonder how can i stop this.

    I can't even spill a drop of it, and when i crave for it, i even walk a distant just to quench my thirst.

    i know this is bad for my health, but its addiction. Is there a rehab for this? Who can relate?

    ^^ yeah ingon ana jud na..d ka mabusog og walay soda...pero i think...ma control pana nimo...inom lang maau og tubig after meals....ako i have a little problem with liquor...like i drink 3 to 4 days straight...pero i can say pa nga maka control pa jud ko........

    di man jud maayu ang cola! coz when you consume cola it's like you're consuming tablespoons of sugar.

    butangi ug asin ang coke!!.. parihas sa bata kung lutason from breast feed, butangan ug pait ang titi sa mama!!.. mao sad na imu buhaton butangi asin or something nga bad taste sa coke!!..

    naa koi nbasahan about aning soda ba nga naa xai ingredient which is the same as the chemical nga makapahilis sa bakal in just a matter of minutes...heheh...mahilis unya ka kadugayan ts.

    discipline rajd na bro. Like examples sa amo training for competition saona pagbata gibawal jd mi junkfoods, ice cream, chocolate, soda. Hangtod karon na guwang2 na ko gamay na carry over nako ang habit. Mu average siguro ko ug 1 liter every month sa softdrinks.
