how to control max speed in internet sharing

i have a broadband 1mbps. there's 2 of us sharing the internet using a prolink modem. can you control the maximum speed to be used for each cable? can anybody help me?
by the way, im using linksys wifi while the other is connected to the cable.

you can't control the maxspeed unless if you used managable switch.

In your Linksys router there is no settings that will limit the bandwidth to a specific client.

Naay router sa D-Link nga pwede nimu ma set speed sa port sa router it could be either full duplex or half duplex but murag wala naman siguro ni sa market karon.

Get a router with QOS.
