Why Not Intel Motherboards

i am using an intel board, para ni sa plug and play type nga tao, ug sa mga walay alam kaayo sa mga pc parts. hehe

In our company, all our desktops are HP(using intel boards) ranging from the old D530 models to the latest HP 8100 Elite SFF and CMT models. These computers usually last just 3 to 5 years, although some D530's (Pentium 4 1. still survives until today. The intel boards are still not that durable. Bloated capacitors, defective chipsets, they die within 3 years.

There was also a time that 18 out of 36 new units (HP dx2810, Intel G45 board) were defective just 2 months after delivery, and guest what, bloated/leaking capacitors.

The things is, for the same price you can get a better board... even if you're not overclocking. so why buy intel?

If the board you are talking about has Virtualization, I'd love to try it :3

Daghan kaayo choices bro from Gigabyte, Asus, EVGA, MSI, ECS, etc.
What virtualization do you speak of? For what purpose?

AFAIK, the virtualization feature is processor based, and is not in the motherboard.

I think if mo support imung processor ug virtualization tapos imung motherboard kay dili, dili ra guro magamit. Correct me if I'm wrong lang.

when u say virtualization, broad man gud na. Are you talking like PCoIP?
Although you need strong hardware to make full use of vitualization, it's usually software/protocol based.
