How would you like to indulge in sumptuous fresh seafood dishes for less than five hundred bucks?
Prince Fusion offers an excellent weekend seafood buffet unlike anything else. Chef Marlou Almasco, the restaurant’s executive chef, introduced us to a wide array of fresh seafood dishes you can choose from, including fresh prawns, rock lobster, crabs, spicy squid, tuna and their all-time favorite baked oysters with cheese.
Prince Fusion also has other delectable entreés that you will love, like their very tender beef salpicao, huli-huli pork belly, wanton cups and inasal na manok (grilled chicken). They also have an interactive pasta station where you can choose your kind of pasta in creamy white sauce or red tomato sauce. You get to choose your own toppings too!
A buffet is incomplete without mouthwatering desserts. They have leche flan, sago at gulaman, mini cakes and fruit salad. But the best that Prince Fusion offers is their delicious five seasons halo-halo. The ice shavings are made of frozen milk, making it sweeter and tastier. Its simplicity makes their halo-halo special as it only has five ingredients: bananas, langka (jackfruit), buko, cornflakes and a scoop of ube ice cream.
Prince Fusion is located at the lobby of Golden Prince Hotel & Suites in Acacia St., across Café Namoo.
Their seafood buffet is open every Fridays and Saturdays from 6:30PM-10:00PM. For inquiries and reservations, you may call 233-8660.
