      Their penchant for food has brought four friends to create a new gastronomic concept. Chef Jan Rodriguez, entrepreneurs Jay Alba, Edward Mellana, and Jon Louis Yu recently introduced Weekend.

      True to its name, Weekend is a cozy and chic restaurant where people can have a relaxed and casual dining experience – just like how weekends feel.

      The Weekend menu features innovative take on popular American and Continental cuisine. Each dish on the menu was carefully chosen and using only the finest ingredients. The menu is well balanced with hand-picked dishes ranging from seafood, pork, and beef.

      The weekend is not complete without a cold drink. The Weekend offers the best of craft beers from Cebu and from around the world. To top that, there is a vast range of gin and whiskeys to choose from.

      The two-floor cozy restaurant has different dining spaces. The Dining Room, the Garden Bar, and The Taproom and Lounge at the second level. You can have a breezy area or a more dramatic ambiance; it’s your choice to make. The restaurant aims to make you feel like every day is a weekend.
