HERO (Help Educate and Rear Orphans) Foundation is a non-profit organization that has been providing educational stipends for military orphans. Since it was established by then President Corazon Aquino and Armed Forces of the Philippines Chief of Staff General Renato S. de Villa in 1988, the organization has continued its commitment to help support the children of fallen soldiers, who have exhibited valor and sacrifice in the midst of battle for the country's safety, freedom and national sovereignty.

Today, the foundation is managed by a Board of Trustees whose members are active business leaders who strongly believe in HERO's advocacy. One of which is Cebu Holdings Inc. President Aniceto V. Bisnar.
