IT Industry in Cebu

Hi all,
Mangutana ra unta ko hows the IT industry doing in Cebu. Currently, naa kos Manila karun working as Web developer then gaplano ko mubalik Cebu and anha mangita work. Skillset nako Java/.Net then client side tech like js,jquery etc. with 3yrs exp.
it would be a good thing kung naay makasuggest nako what are the companies sa Cebu na pwede applyan na sakto sa akong skillset and exp.

Also, dili sa nag inarte pero mas preferred nako mga software house na focus sa development and less or none sa support and maintenance side kay mao man ako naandan dri manila.
