Sun.Star Davao - Most IT graduates move out of Davao

Are they really that good?? I'm not sure about his statistics.. UIC / Ateneo / UM (??) /ICC (Interface Computer College!).. It will be an irony that Cebu IT is controlled by Davao graduates.. Maybe I'll reconsider if he said that Cebu IT is controlled by dabawenyos who graduated from a Cebu University/College.

Ang pay grade pud mas dako ang Cebu compared sa Davao.
