sweldo? depends how talented you are.
working environment? it was really very nice to work before (around 2003-2004) spacious room, nice ammenities.
pero karon, murag nag tipid na sa space. last time I know, mura na kuno ug internet cafe
management? no comment.
career growth? Yeah, if you know what you are doing, then you may grow (just my opinion, because I started as dev --> team lead --> PM --> Asst. Dep't Head for Development, in just 18 months of my stay) it might not be the same today.
