Need to ko advice ninyo mga ka istoryans.

I am in a company. I signed contract last year Jan. 2014 stating not to resign or I should stay in the company for 3 years after sa training in singapore. Ni signed pud ko ky wala man ko plano pasad mu abroad.

Until now, Ni apply ako misis sa abroad then nadawat sya. Dako pud ug sweldo then pwede pajud mi ka kuyog niya together with my daughter. Ang problem lang is naa pako contract sako company karn.

Lisud man sad kau kuno if naa ako misis abroad then ako pabilin diri. Ni ingun ako misis dapat kuyog jud mi nya.

Now ga plan ko nga mu AWOL nalng, Is is the best move? Kung mu file sad jud ko ug resignation letter, syempre di jus sila sugot ky napako contract man. Basin himuan nya ko ug sala or unsa ba para lang may stay ko sa company or i hold departure ba ron ko nila.

If I were to choose definitely I will choose my family pero unsa gaha mahitabo after? Nag andam nalng sad ko rn sako requirements ky puhon inig abot nako didto, maka apply pud ko. First job pa ra ni nako kani sa company then 10 years nako sa company.

Need your advices mga ka istoryan.

Wala man kaha gi state ngadto sa contract boss kung unsay consequences kung mo breach ka sa contract?

epabasa ug lawyer imong contract TS,cos i had a friend before nga 18months iya contract but na kwits ky nka state sa contract nga training but didto sa abroad ngwork mn cya more on competence transfer ra nahitabo so na invalid ang contrata.
