Try disabling "fast boot" in the BIOS. .had this issue also on my Gigabyte mobo, my problem fixed by disabling the "fast boot" in the BIOS, it's really weird because how does that "fast boot" feature affects to a shutdown issue.

Kaning wait time boot bro if i set nako to ultra fast, bsan pag paspasan nako og pislit sa DEL key d jd ko kaapas haha. Ako naman na gi disable karon cuz' i found no difference and na notice nako mao rman ghapon ang iyang boot time even if that feature is enabled hehe.
