No Post, No LED lights check ( Asus Z87 Sabertooth )

Mga bossing, pa help ko ninyo....nagka problem ko sa akoang Motherboard karon ( Asus Z87 Sabertooth )...here's what happened...

1. Turned on the PC, booted up, everything is working fine, then pag abot sa desktop nabantayan nku is akoang naka crossfire na 290x is full load xa, so gi open nku ang AMD Catalyst to disable crossfire para muundang man gani unsa iyahang gi load...then nag error xa, so gi shutdown nku ang unit.

2. After pag shutdown, gi on nku, wala na nagpost ang akoang computer, tried to check if mu turn on ba ang mga LED lights sa post checking, no lights. mao ni xa ang step by step check sa mobo unta before mo post ( 1. CPU LED, 2. DRAM LED, 3. VGA LED, 4. BOOT LED ).

3. decided to turn off the unit and unplug power cord from wall socket for a couple of minutes, and also cleared CMOS by removing battery and wait it out. pag turn on sa unit ming check na xa, CPU LED, DRAM LED, the pag abot sa VGA LED, mupalong ang computer nku dayun, then mo on lang xa ug iyaha kalit, but no checks made na sa motherboard... no LED Checks, no post.

4. Tried basic troubleshooting, balhin ang mga rams, check the cables, then gi check nku ang cpu sad...everything is in its place...then gi try napod nku ug on, and then mingpost xa ug kalit, with this error ( SIO power delay fail ).. so mingsulod ko sa Bios setup then restarted, then minglahos dyud xa ug boot padulong sa windows.

5. then I decided to turn off the unit and turn it back on again,then mao napod ang issue, tried to turn off, turn on the unit tibook hapon dyud... but still the same thing happens, LED checks taman sa VGA LED, restarts, then no LED checks na dayun.... and sometimes mulahos napod xa sa pagpost, but usahay ra....everytime I turn it off, tsamba2x nalang makasulod pa ug balik....

need some advice on these mga bossing, whether palit nalang ko bag.o na mobo or mapangitaan pa ni ug way....

Ayay ka another Asus "PREMIUM" mobos napd! Uso lage ni run! hasta akong Asus ROG mobo kamatay! haha. .

"SIO Power on Delay Fail" .. dli kaha ni sa PSU nimo? I tried searching ana nga probs mostly ang ingon nila kay PSU probs..

****BUT....sa kinaunhan nga link, iya gbuhat palit sya og bag-o nga MOBO wa na syay problema, so iya gpa RMA iyang karaan nga mobo...

d dyd malikayan bsag high end parts naa dyd na time nga magkaissue imong system...nkatry ko sa gigabyte z77 nako sauna mokalit lng og restart nya dugay kaau mo POST usahay...ako na giilisdan ang psu, hdd , change ram slots nya update bios.. mao lng gihapon mo shutdown usahay..

Atot na motherboard...hahahah na OK na ang kagwang, naay ground lang diay sa case...minatay...nakapalit na hinoon ko og 2011 socket... hahahaha working like a charm na ang RIG...salamat sa minghatag ug advices...hehehhe baligya mode nasad...

Imo gyud diay gi habwa imong RIG? haha. .swerte kay grounding issue ra.
