No Post,No Beep w/ blinking LED Lights :-( Help

PC: Compaq CQ40 Notebook (no battery, directly connected to the outlet)
OS: Win7 Ult 32bit
RAM: 1gb DDR2
Proc: AMD Turion X2 2.0ghz
HDD: 320gb SATA
*More than 2 years

Issue: No boot, no beeping sounds w/ blinking capslock led light.
Troubleshooting done: Remove RAM and HDD but still the same.
Problem History: Intermittent reboot w/ BSOD 0x7A
Troubleshooting done: Checkdsk

Guys, need help here. Any options on how to fix this? Possible mobo issue. Pwede ni nako pa check sa mga repair shop but I duno where, if naa man, hopefully dli gyud mahal or kung sa service center, free nlang unta. Thanks in advance sa mga reply...

common issue since before sa CQ40 is the GPU onboard. overheating issue sa motherboard.

maski with in warranty pana daghan na kaayo ni reklamo ug nagpa replace. some of it leads to a new laptop na gyud.

recommendation: ruelnov of rappletech. try lang.

common issue since before sa CQ40 is the GPU onboard. overheating issue sa motherboard.

mao gyud na ang worth. i've been through that. so better dispose it in buy n sell as chop2x or as a whole then ang halin i puno para palit ug bag.o
