PC won't boot, No POST, no Beeps

Mga brod, ngayo ko tabang, akong PC kay dili na mo-boot,dili sad mo-POST, wala pud beep. before this happens, naka experience nako ug blue screen of death, so i decide to reformat for a fresh start, during sa formatting, nag blackout (last saturday blackout). pagbalik na sa power ako gi-on ang pc dili na siya mo boot, pero lights-on ang duha ka LED,nya CPU fan is working pud. Ask unta ko steps/guidelines unsaon pagdetermine kung unsa guba na hardware. naka basa nako ug thread before diri sa istorya regarding atong imong e-anam anam og taud ang mga memory ug uban pang PC hardware nya maminaw ka sa beep, pero wala nako kita sa thread.

PC specs:
proc - AMD athlon 64 300+ (1.8ghz)
MOBO - Asrock sata II
RAM - 2X256mb (geil)
PSU - Generic (350 watts)
Vcard - Sapphire x300

down and dirty troubleshooting:

1. remove all expansion cards
2. remove all peripherals (hard drive, optical drive, etc.)
3. remove memory.
4. clear CMOS.

turn on then test and listen for beep codes kung wala, try a known-good psu. if it fails with the same symptoms, its either the motherboard or the processor, kung unlimited imong resources, try the cpu on a known-good motherboard, don't try a known-good CPU on this motherboard kay basin mangamong unya ang components kung board ang nakaingon. if you hear beeps, add the memory one by one until the system stops POSTing. it would also help if you try the memory on different slots. if it fails on a certain memory, the problem was caused by that memory. if both memories fail, try a known-good memory. if it fails still, then the mobo memory slots are bad.

we have the same problem right now. except that ako rig wala pa memory.
im expecting to hear some beep errors or something displayed during post up.
from forums, they said new mobo design does not boot/post if there are no memory card.

so i guess no post no beep if no memory card.
i waiting for my memory card so i can confirm it.

so im guessing your ram is loose or not enough voltage is fed on your motherboard.

hmmm... nadaut man kaha na pag brownout, try lang ilis PSU ayaw lang sa palit kung naa ka spare PSU.. basin na daot imo PSU low voltage na cya. kung wala lang gihapon tangala tanan memory din tagsa2x ug taod.. kung wala lang gihapon clear cmos.. kung wala dyud mo post, e try remove tanan cards ug naka taod na hardrives..

reseat all hardware parts including the cpu ^^

don't forget to clear your CMOS

salamat kaayo sa mga suggestion mga brod,

mao ni akong nabuhat
1. remove all cards,leaving only the CPU,MOBO and PSU, wala gyapon mo beep / post (lights on gyapon ang duha ka LED, tuyok gyapon ang cpu fan.)

2. clear nako ang CMOS, wala gyapon mo beep or anything (pareha ra result sa no.1

3. anam-anam nakotaud ang V card, RAM and others...no avail gyapon



i will try to use another PSU tonight and try pud nako ang reseating sa CPU (by And1rew).
hopefully mo boot na ni. if ever wala gyapon kausaban, maconfirm naba nga mobo ang problem?
