Don't forget about bandwidth cap (Fair Usage Policy kunuhay) = deal breaker for me. Mao na daghan matingala hinay sugod hapon or gabi-i. Naa pay times nakasulay mi ug bandwidth cap penalty nga balik unta ug 12 am next day pero abot ug 3 days hinuon. Nakasulay pud ug 6 am pa sa buntag gi-penalty na dayon bisan walay gagamit sa internet or if naa, I don't think molapas mi sa data limit at that early in the morning. 1 month palang namo pataud, hours and hours na reklamo ug abot na ug 4 days amo total deduction. Last time nako reklamo, 2 hours gyud ko complain ug in the middle kay giputlan hinuon mi. So far, after that hellish 1 month, maayo na ron ug pila ka weeks. I hope permanent na siya just like sa PLDT namo nga connection. No need to complain amo PLDT connection kung naa problema. It will go back by itself. Sa Globe kay recommended gyud nila to complain all the time.

PLDT=mahal ug hinay but very reliable for us (low latency sa gaming, weeks straight naka-on ang internet without hiccups). Globe=cheap, dako ug bandwidth but high latency ug naa lang bandwidth cap ug unstable compared to PLDT (including customer service and repair).

it's true... though i was still using globe until i moved out of my old place. ig gabii imbis maoy ting gamit. hinay nuon. making it worse cge ka disconnect... common daw in labangon area kay congested na mga lines...

but paita sab... we're paying pd baya.
