    Nag avail ko ug postpaid 1500/mos with credit limit 2500 from globe using our company's name last November 2008. last Saturday mag bayad na unta ko sa ako ika third bill when I found out that it reached to 20k?
    Nangutana ko nganu ingun ana man ka dako unya ang ila sad ingun kay tungod daw sa mobile browsing nako na wala ko nag register to TIME send (111) before mag internet which is I wasnt aware of that. Ako sad ge huna huna kung ako e sum up nako pila ka hours ang internet nako murag maximun lang ki 1hr tnan sa tibook cut off nako from dec20-jan20, 2009. Ako sad gipa ngutana ang taga Globe CS about sa ako credit limit kay kung nganung ni exceed man, ang ingun sad manual man daw na ang pag check nila sa credit limit mao wala na bantayan.

    Para nako stupid ra kaau na excuse pra pabayron ko ug 20k na imo huna hunaon ila ka palpakan. Ako pa ge pa abot karon kung unsa nasad ila excuse karon sa email nako nila. Kung mo insist jud sila na pa bayron ko, aw ambot lang basta para nako ang Globe wala klaro ug tikasan!!!!!!

    Ako lang ni e share ninu mga fellow istoryans para ma aware mo nga ingun ana diay na sila... Ayaw mo pa biktima pariha nako kay sure ko daghan na sila na ilad ug ingun ani........

    Ang sakto diay ana mo register usa ka before using mobile browsing dili kay mo internet daun using ur pospaid fone.

    sister pud sa ako officemate mao sad ang issue 40k ang bill kay tungod sa mobile browsing ki wala daw ni availl ug registration para time based daw ang internet.... tsk tsk tsk tsk

    sure ko daghan na biktima aning modus!!!!!!! Very bad.

    Nag mahay ko ni kuha ko ug postpaid sa Globe, sakto jud ako migo nindut ang Smart na pospaid ki dili tikasan!!!!!

    pangayo ug print out sa time and dates you were charged for the mobile browsing. they should be able to prove and explain how you were being charged. if they don't do anything bout it, ask for a supervisor.

    kabaw ka me myself also has problems with globe. kanang mag balance inquiry ka sa imo bill dili pod dayon mu update. wala ko kabaw if ila na g tuyo ang ana nga style ambot ug dili bana lipat lipat ilaha

    that's exactly the reason why i'm sticking to prepaid. pero watch out pod... the load vanishes magically.

    i heard a lot of these problems regarding post paid services sa globe. naa gani ko friend na iyang gi try not to use his sim for a month to see kung gamay ra iyang mabayaran.what happened is that gihapak gihapon sa iyang bill ang mga "extra" charges niya last month like excess call,text ug uban ba bisag wala niya gamita iyang sim.murag gi copy & paste ra ang previous month.that is why i'm having second thoughts of availing their post paid services.


    i never had problems with prepaid.i don't reply & joint their promo,e-raffles basta kanang mo pop out na 4 digit numbers kay once mo reply ka then they start to send you ringtones ug uban pa nya wagtang load nimo.

    globe's postpaid & prepaid cellphone connectivity always have a problem.
    -postpaid: questionable bills
    -prepaid: load vanishes instantly w/out trace

    Globe's internet services even has problems:
    - customer service s*cks
    - intermittent connection
    - slow browsing even if you paid good connection

    at the end... ayaw mo sa globe kay BATI.
