Siguro they realized that unlimited services are not that good, it will congest their network. Anyway why do u need unlimited txt then if u can send at P1 per msg. What will u do with your unlimited services? It's too much, it will degrade the network stability, like sun is suffering. Ang mahitabo is di na hinuon masaligan kay dugay mangabot ang msgs, lisod pag contact, network busy.

LOL congested networks? i dont think so. Globe has BILLIONS OF PESOS to have better bandwidth for cellular networks, they just want to make more MONEY THIS CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR.

If u dont like globe service, just dont use it. They dont screw u, it was just that they are doing business by what services they give. Di man sad na mahal ang tawag ug txt kung di nimo palabihan. You can use landline kung gusto ka unlimited, ayaw lang long distance. About their customer service, mao2x ra gyapon sa smart ug sun, tsamba2x lang kung makatiming ka ug buotan or maldita na reps nila.
