Hello guys i need your help. i recently acquire a low cost housing unit in deca and i need some advice in renovating. i don't have experience with construction. any advice on what equipment and building medium i should use.

anyway mods i have no idea where to properly put this subject if ever you find it inappropriate kindly move it nalang thanks.

ok so here's the details i plan to tile the 2nd and 3rd floor and put partitions in the 3rd floor for 3 rooms.
the floor area of the second floor is roughly 20 sqm and the 3rd floor is around 22 sqm
what are the more cost effective building materials i can use without sacrificing too much on quality.
i also plan to put roofing on the kitchen. and possibly some shelvings on the rooms kitchen etc.
if you observed the video there is also a part on the first floor and would like to finish it maybe add tiles.

and lastly would a budget of 100k pesos be enough for materials and labor?

111 ko. kaw? ngayo ko sa imong plans sir pila ka rooms imo pabuhat sa 3rd floor? sus daghan kaayo ko plano sa balay mejo limited llng budget. kanang drywall partition mao ba nang gina ingon nila nga fiberboard? is it cheaper than marine plywood?

129 ko sir, duol rami sa gate....actually sir ang marine na plywood ug fiber cement board ky same2x rman ang price guro ang advantage lng sa cement board ky fireproof then mas mkasave dw ka when it comes to painting ky nindot nman gd ug result ang cement board, smooth na cya...

ang ako plan sir ky ang garage mao ako himuon na living room ug kitchen ky dko gnahn mosaka pa akng bisita sa taas gd..heheh, then ang 2nd floor ky himuon nkong masters bedroom with walk-in closet then mg.terrace pd ko, sa 3rd floor ky mg.2 rooms rko sir (maid's room ug guest room) then ako himuon na laundry area ang likod bali mgpa.slab sa likod then i.grills nko gamit guro ko ug steel matting pra safety ky uso bya ang kawat dw dha..heheh kung big family mo sir ky sakto ra na nga 3 rooms sa third floor but kng small family ky ok ra guro 2 rooms, ang space na mahabilin ky pwede nmo himuon na working area..heheh

ang budget nko sir ky 100k sa 3rd floor rna...ako renovation ky mgstart gkan sa 3rd floor padng paubos..

Dako gyud imong budget da. anyway so block 5 lot 29 ka. i think that's what they are building at the site now. kay human naman ang 125-105 and then they started to build again units near the gate at 22 - 27 i think

i just want it to be livable first without looking half way done. then slowly improve on the unit in time.

first job will be.

1. tiles on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor including the kitchen

2. 3 room partition on the 3rd floor

3. roofing on the dirty kitchen located on the 2nd floor

4. grills on all windows at the back of the house.

5. smoothing out the first floor. polished concrete like the one we find on the flooring of yellowcab pizza.

6. basic shelving on the kitchen. minimalist lng literally just planks on the wall. how expensive could that be?

7. leveling the soil from the road to the unit itself. "i have a large frontage compared to the other units so basically i can still use the frontage as a carprk without me going straight inside the first floor.
