What can you say about Customer Service here in Cebu or lets generalize it, the whole country?
I've had a lot of run ins with shops, companies, restaurants and the likes here in Cebu that doesnt have good customer service.. Too many to mention jd. Also, I've read some threads here complaining about their experience of poor customer service.
What do you think can we do as customers, employers, & employees to be able to achieve a better one?
Im asking this because my aim is to be able to give better if not good customer service and to enlighten everyone not only customers but also employees & employers.
We can share stories here too..
