Paul Palmeri? If i'm not mistaken, he is the son of Tom and Diane Palmeri, founders of Family 2 Family, a non-profit organization operating in Camiguin Island. Grabe na ka daghan ni sila na tabangan didto.
Gamay pa lang ko nag operate na ni sila didto until now nga Cebu nako naka base, ng operate gyapon ni sila didto. Ma touch jud ka sa dedication nila nga gihatag sa mga tao sa Camiguin. Ako ma remember sa ila mga anak kai mga simple ra kaau, mura pud ug mga Camiguingnon.

Yes indeed. I've seen both Tom and Diane many times since Mambajao is just a small town and they're really serious with what they're doing.
By the way, here's a video of one of their adopted children named Marie. We went to the same school but i was still in elementary that time and she was already in high school.
