smartbro not detected in PC

hi guys!!.. kabaw mo asa paayo sa smartbro nga dili mo detect sa computer?...

ni kalit raman ni xa..

kung naa mo idea unsaon ni, then please help me.. or ask ko number sa service center nga moaayo ani.. actualy dili sad naku ma return sa g purchasan kay sa ako mani friend gud, nya la sad ko idea asa niya gpalit..

gitry ba nimo sa iya daan kung OK ba before niya gibaligya sa imo...?
gitry nimo ni sa lain computer? basin imo USB socket naa problema. incompatibility issues.

same with my dongle segi kaputol, pero ako gibalhin sa lain na slot ayon dili na madisconnect.

adto sa device manager then under sa Universal Serial Bus Controllers, pangitaa ang usb device sa imung smart bro then e uninstall then reboot your pc.

yesh try naku tanan.. try to windows xp, try to windows 7...
balhin sa lain2x nga socket.. but desame didnt work..
peru last naku use working man xa, but i wonder during naku e remove ang device dili xa ma remove ako lang deretso ibot.. nya pag balik naku on sa PC dili na xa mo work, dili na mo siga ang light...

any help..

na try nimu re-install balik ang driver?

Guba na nah if di na musiga ang light then nasuwayan na nimo tanan, I mean, dako'g chance, nga ang stick mismo defective.
