Default between : AICA , PSCA and ICAAC ?

istoryans, just would like to ask which of the culinary schools (AICA,PSCA,ICAAC) is nice (from a personal opinion/perspective)? ive went through their diploma course curriculum and it seems that its almost identical, difference is the time it takes for you to finish the course.

schools are based is cebu. = )

any inputs would be nice.. = )

    thanks.

up ko ani. m also wondering. heard news na dli daw au nindot ang curriculum sa psca, but that's all hubbub. aica is a new school karon pa june mo open, so not sure if nindot pud na. icaac is by far the culinary school where i heard the most favorable reviews.. ilang graduates mag OJT london after o_o

i think with the london ojt for icaac gi stop na cya.. just heard.. but has to be confirmed.. for AICA their chefs are all pinoys but ang ilang training is really world class.. most of them graduated sa CIA (culinary institue of america) and have further studies pa on other great schools.. aside from that they have extensively worked in kitchens abroad so experienced jud au.. but would like to hear reviews pa on the schools above.. planing to enroll next year ug diploma course.. = )

ICAAC for me is the best among the 3. the owner of PSCA was once a student of ICAAC.. and regarding kato externship sa ICAAC sa London, I think naa pa toh. In fact naka read ko sa ila website na ila externship is either in the UK, US, Australia, or Philippines lang. depende ra sd asa makakakuha og VISA. I know someone who went to ICAAC and now she caters to some celebrities na in the US. I'm not sure if cya owner sa catering service but I know she had experienced it jud.
