    Default Worst call center agents


    I just want to share my thoughts and experiences with some call center people guys.
    I am not doing this to make them look bad but for them to realize na sometimes they are not doing the right thing.

    I have a small business in some buildings which requires me to visit my branches which happens to be located at some buildings which has some call center offices in it.

    Let me share to all of you how "hilas" some of them are.
    In IT park so far ok ra mn ang mga agents bisan pag mag english sila all the way to the ground floor ok ra mn coz it's normal for us na mn to speak English anywhere we are.

    Well the worst part I experienced was from JY lahug. I often go there to check my people.
    One time (actually I have had bad feeling towards some of the agents there) while I and other girl from 4th floor office were waiting for the elevator from 4th floor kay I had a business there with some clients there going to the basement... there were a couple of agents already not sure where they are from but I can vividly recall the colors of their slings which were yellow and red. When the elevator went down to 3rd floor there was another agent waiting for the elevator so there we were off. Now this 3rd agent who just got on asked the 2 others this " nisaka pa diay mo?" then the other 2 replied " o nag tour pa mi" . I could not see their expressions as they were behind me and I can sense from their tones that they are not happy with it. Then this other girl went down to the 2nd floor, when she was about to go out the same group from behind said " haaayyy" and the other said "crap". Hilasa mn sad nila paminawn na di mn sila owner sa elevator. And I could not believe jud kay they dressed like they are professionals pero wa mga batasan. Unsaon mn na nice na pananina pero wa mn diay professinalism na batasan.

    That was not the only instance I had experienced bad mannerism from those guys wearing the same ID slings...
    Like the time when I was in a hurry to go to 4th floor to discuss some concerns with the client... I was waiting at the ground floor elevator, I knew that there were people boarding from the 3rd floor coz you can see where it came from, when it went down they took off and when I got in they pressed all the floors 2nd and 3rd.. Imagine the childish attitude...tsk tsk tsk...

    Hope they won't do such things or say the words to other people na musakay sa JY Square Mall na elevators.
    I hope JY and the client of those bad mannered agents could look into these kay basin pati mga customers ila sad panghilabtan.
    As soon as I contact the management I will discuss this matter over with so they can do neccessary actions.

    Hope this will enlighten those bata2-on ug mga utok na kung mka dress up professional unta.
    L as in kaayu ila mga attitude.

    Daghan man akong nabantayan nga ingon ana ug kina-iya. Gara-on kaayo feel kaayo nila nga dagko ug sweldo. No offense sa mga tarong kay daghan pa kaayo mga maayo ug batasan diha.

    Tsk tsk tsk...Probably, daghan jud mga taga Call Center nga mga hilas kaayo..Not really proud of that but hey! Mga col sinter agents ra man tawn na sila??

    mao lagi oi...then kabalo ra ba ko unsa sila na company kay klaro kaayu ang colors sa iya ID slings... so far naa mn sad koy mga kaila didto sa ila company ug sa lain na call center companies sa JY Mall... pero kani jud sila mahibaw-an dayun kay bisan mugawas pa sila sa Mall mag ID jud...
    take note : Yellow and red slings jud.
    I was actually wearing a blue sling when I went there so maybe they think I am from the other company... pero I don't think it's a good reason enough kay there is absolutely no reason for them na kontrahan ang uban na call center agents sa same na building right?
    or maybe they just they think na " lamang " sila when in fact they are not...maybe yes pero sa pananina ra
    kay when I went to the other call centers dha sa JY mga maayu mn ug breeding. But not those yellow and red ID agents dha sa JY.

    i report sa building admin oi. dili gud na sila ra ang tag iya sa building.. as a tenant, client pod ka, nagbayad ka, and naa jud ka right mureklamo. just for everyone's sake nlang pod ba. kay basin dili lang ikaw ang naglagot ana nila. hehehe

    Mao bah? ..

    hehe, Mao sad tale! pero wala man sa ingon nanamay ko sa mga call center agents, pero dili man jud ko mobilib ani nila ba kay halos baya tanan agents kay dili man tawn na ila nahumnan nga kurso oie.. pero dako baya sad tabang ang mga call center ron sa mga nangitag trabaho, pero mao lage call center...

    ayaw na lang react kay ma-OT na ta.

    ah eperformax diay na sila bantog ra mao na ila batasan liwat sad na sa management, naa man gud koy friend diha gikan, giterminate kay nahospital siya, bisan pa nitawag siya og naa siya mga documents and certificates terminate gihapon.

    This company, Eperformax, is RANKING number ONE in my WORST CALLCENTER company list. Since 2007 dli pa gyapon xa fixed?? kaluoy ani nila oi. Trainers are good though. but floor people?? no comment samot na sa ops dapita. mga baho rabag tiil. ahahaha

    anyway, im a proud callcenter agent ug dli man sab sa ga hinilas pero wla "mi"y plans makig impress sa mga critics namo. iya iya mana pag dala ba. epekto ra japon na sa maka uban.

    uu, most of us HAVE this job even if its not connected to our course. pero it is something to be proud off since even if korso nimo education major in english, it doesnt mean makasulod dayon ka ani nga industry. tanan mu agi ug hiring process and thats what matters the most. gapasabot lang nga nka pasar mi maskig dli namo ni field. thats how diverse we can be.
