I just want to share my thoughts and experiences with some call center people guys.
I am not doing this to make them look bad but for them to realize na sometimes they are not doing the right thing.
I have a small business in some buildings which requires me to visit my branches which happens to be located at some buildings which has some call center offices in it.
Let me share to all of you how "hilas" some of them are.
In IT park so far ok ra mn ang mga agents bisan pag mag english sila all the way to the ground floor ok ra mn coz it's normal for us na mn to speak English anywhere we are.
Well the worst part I experienced was from JY lahug. I often go there to check my people.
One time (actually I have had bad feeling towards some of the agents there) while I and other girl from 4th floor office were waiting for the elevator from 4th floor kay I had a business there with some clients there going to the basement... there were a couple of agents already not sure where they are from but I can vividly recall the colors of their slings which were yellow and red. When the elevator went down to 3rd floor there was another agent waiting for the elevator so there we were off. Now this 3rd agent who just got on asked the 2 others this " nisaka pa diay mo?" then the other 2 replied " o nag tour pa mi" . I could not see their expressions as they were behind me and I can sense from their tones that they are not happy with it. Then this other girl went down to the 2nd floor, when she was about to go out the same group from behind said " haaayyy" and the other said "crap". Hilasa mn sad nila paminawn na di mn sila owner sa elevator. And I could not believe jud kay they dressed like they are professionals pero wa mga batasan. Unsaon mn na nice na pananina pero wa mn diay professinalism na batasan.
That was not the only instance I had experienced bad mannerism from those guys wearing the same ID slings...
Like the time when I was in a hurry to go to 4th floor to discuss some concerns with the client... I was waiting at the ground floor elevator, I knew that there were people boarding from the 3rd floor coz you can see where it came from, when it went down they took off and when I got in they pressed all the floors 2nd and 3rd.. Imagine the childish attitude...tsk tsk tsk...
Hope they won't do such things or say the words to other people na musakay sa JY Square Mall na elevators.
I hope JY and the client of those bad mannered agents could look into these kay basin pati mga customers ila sad panghilabtan.
As soon as I contact the management I will discuss this matter over with so they can do neccessary actions.
Hope this will enlighten those bata2-on ug mga utok na kung mka dress up professional unta.
