bluettoth connection problem

I have problem wid my bluetooth connection in pc,,,pls help me.....ang una kay dili lage xa ka detect ug bluetoothe radio...ambot unsa ning bluetooth radio...kung ako xang add ass bluettoth mao ni ang mogawas "Windows cannot find any Bluetooth devices. Follow the setup instructions that came with the device, and then click Search Again" bisag g turn on na nko mao jud ni ang mogawas...im using diay bluetooth usb dongle....i already downloaded the BLUESOLEIL MAO LNG JAPON... then if i try to use pc suite no modem found kung mogamit ko sa internet ....pero kung USB CABLE AKO GAMITON MKA CONNECT XA SA INTERNET...ANG BLUETOOTH RA JUD MAOY DILI.....naa kay idea ani?especially jud aning bluetooth radio.... mka tabang ka nko? pls do a reply thank you...

ang brand sa akong bluetooth kay BLUETOOTH USB DONGLE...ambot mao ba kaha ni dli man ko expert aning mga acessories sa pc gud....

try lng uninstall iya driver.dn install blik.or bsn la ka mka install sa drivers ana?hmmmpf.sgi2 try lng bsn mka help pod.lol
