mas nice ang house and lot kay pwedi kaw mag bout unsa imio buhaton.. ang condo kay nice pd pero limited imo mga buhaton kay naa'y lain neighbor nga near sa imo place..ehehehe... in terms of investment mas nice ang house and lot kay daghan ka mabuhat nga negosyo..

Sa condo, interrior lang ang imong mausab unya dili pa jud ka kapa extend. Kung house and lot, pwede ka makaparenovate according to your needs kay magkaanak nya ka ug daghan. Ang condo para nako angay ra na siya sa mga single or mga rich nga gusto dunay extra space for whatever purpose they have in mind.

I'm still single and I wanna enjoy life so I prefer condo, if I settle down with my family then thats the time I'll get a house and lot, but my condo can be rented for extra income... or ibaligya nlng... hehehe

it depends.

if you intend to live in that same place in the next 20 years or so, try to get a place that's as close to work as possible. it could be a condo unit or a house and lot. kay bisa'g mu appreciate pa sige ang value sa land, if imo pod e calculate imong transpo expenses against the future value of a lot and home, tabla or maalkansi pa siguro ka. so if you find a condo that's closer, get that instead. naa pa security guard and most condos have additional perks too.
