ur are trying to access a file thats inside an account sa ur drive c: na naka private folder..

I think maka-read/write na siya ug NTFS filesystem.

do it like this, right click on that specific drive, then click on permission and owndership, then set yourself as the ownder of that drive

Simple. Open the said drive in a PC with Vista operating system. Be sure you are login with an administrator account sa Vista. Viola! your protected file is hacked. This is possible only if that drive was used by XP operating system..
