ngSugod pko ug learn sa access
already read about tables and forms

its a very basic supply chain info db
needed info - name, product/service, supplier and customer

- may/may not have a product/service
- may/may not have a supplier and customer
- if company A has supplier B and customer C, company B & C should be encoded in the db

mao ni ako nHimo nga design


ako mga questions ky...
1. is my design correct?
2. having that relationship, is it already the same with MySQL nga Foreign Key Contraint?
3. with forms, is it possible to show more than 1 data in a single text area? (ie. a company has 2 products and i want those products to be displayed in only 1 text area)

1. galibog ko unsay relation sa imong company_info table sa customer supplier table. pwede explain?
2. yes, all dbms share similar foreign key contraints.
3. yes, possible but you have to program it, e.g. text1=rs.fields("field1") & " " & rs.fields("field2"). and then if using textbox you set it to multi-line textbox

ang knang customer supplier table ky gHold sa knsay customers and supplier sa usa ka company
kay apil mn sa i show nga data who the customer and supplier for a company
ako logic kay when A is a supplier for B, then B is a customer of A

eg.
i want to know suppliers ni A ... so i search for "ID ni A" sa "customerID nga field"
i want to know customers ni A ... so i search for "ID ni A" sa "supplierID nga field"

i know nga sakto ako logic... pro dli ko sure sa design... basin naay masSayon nga design ani
