pwede man tingali na sa MS Windows Defender(?) Wala lang ko sure, i.try lng daw Software Explorer on your Control Panel.

block notepad?
go to C:\WINDOWS\system32
delete notepad.exe

use firewall... zonealarm...
all prog wud 1st ask permission first from u tru zonealarm b4 it can run...
u can permanently or temporarily block it/them...
