do you have an option on the router to block/restrict a specific source ip address access to any destination ip address outside your network?

remove its gateway or dns address.
removing gateways would be fine if the pc only needs to access the local network however there's also a possibility that the host could access remote networks if proxy-arp is enabled on the router's inside interface. i might be wrong but this is what i have understood.
is dynamic ip address concerned w/ the gateway? in case w/ winxp+homeplus router+globe dsl connection once naka network ang pc automatic na lagi sya maka access sa internet
