    hahahah believe me its veeeery common in cebu.

    not all of them sad nuon kay when I visited JY again while boarded in the elevator naa ko mga nkasakay na mga taga eper, they seemed kinda nicer than those stupid-thinking-professionals. At least naa sad nila naay mga pamatasan. I pity those ill mannered agents. Ka louy sa ilang mga parents kay mahugaw ilang mga name tungod sa mga anak na way batasan.

    dli man sila daku sweldo, minimum wage raman minus the tax.

    na anad man gud mga taw diri nga dli mu hatag minimum due to economic problems. na bag.ohan tanaw og call center wages.

    as for those people, ambot ana nla, naa gyuy ning ana nga mga taw. naa raman sad mga tarong rasad, good for them.

    exactly sis! naa jud bitaw medyo hilason but di lang pud unta i-generalized... coz naa ra mn jud na sa tao gud.. pero kahibaw pud ko from experience na usahay madala nalang sa gawas ang EOP (english only policy) mao mag iningles pa tawn bisan wa na sa opisina pero pag ma realize nga pwede na diay magbisaya makatawa nalang... usahay kay wa baya jud na gituyo... hehehe... pero sayop jud to gibuhat nila.. tsk tsk.. mao na daghan ma-angin tungod sa ila di maayo na batasan... haizt...

    It's understandable that they speak English since it's their way of practicing the main requirement for their profession.

    Yes, this might be an isolated case lang TS. It doesn't necessarily apply to the rest of the company and to the rest of the same profession.
