in relation to what esprugodoys said, i would like to ask the same thing. speaking in english in such establishments are not something new or just common to call center pipz. English is a widely used language and no one prohibits or should prohibit us from using it. normal conversationis also a way wherein we can practice wt we are taught. regardless of how they use it, we should at least consider the fact that there are some words that people nowadays finds it hard to use our own dialect. dont tell me, kato gadiscriminate sa mga tao nga ing-ana dli mo gaenglish2. wna bet that you also do the same thing? somehow?
people are always, in one way or another, affected by their environment.. especially so if they are regularly "into it"
maybe these people who showed off misconduct, unprofessionalism, distorted character are thinking that they are the best among the rest since they are working for a company which got a "BIG" name (well, for them)![]()
maybe they are assuming they have the authority over others because they receive bigger pay and more benefits
and maybe they miss to comprehend that occupying larger areas (and more floors in the building) does not mean they are in power.well, just maybe..
OT: im wondering why junior member na si J ª n J ª n 9 with 9 posts![]()
Hahaha luoya pod ani nga companya wui... Worst performance na gani... Most of the employees bati pa jud og batasan...[sa maigo lang]... hehehe
O... call center agents[in general] have this sort of attitude maybe because of the pressure that they have on their work... but it doesn't give them the right para maghilas2[para ni sa katong mga hilason]...
@PALADIN: Why do you speak with an attitude?...![]()
Something tells me that you are an inferior person. You have an insecurity that you can't deny....alam mo 'yan...
"makabansa pa dating nyo...", ngano diay tatak US nka tungod lang kay nakaadto nkag NY? Cguro naka minyo nig Kano... lol
I LOVE THE CULTURE OF MY COUNTRY! DO YOU GET THE SAME WARM GREETINGS IN NY IN COMPARISON TO THE WARM GREETINGS THAT KABABAYANS GIVE YOU?
Kinsa man puy nasuya kung maka-adto kag NY anytime you want? Mag unsa man pud mig NY? Way kasuroyan diri sa Pinas[Naay panglao, moalboal, bora, palawan, baguio, tagaytay, vigan, batanes, etc.]?
noh? naa man ko mga frenz dra sa emax pero di man cla ing-ani.. ok man sila.. usahay lng mugawas ang pagkagara atong usa labi na kung naka attire pero mada ra mag smile![]()
nanu i generalize man, callcenter agents jud. lol. daghan man ug mga tarong na callcenter agents. ako callcenter agent man ko, di jud ko proud sa akong profession pero di sad nako ika-uwaw, di man sad nuon ko magenglish2 sa dan, gnahan ko magbisaya kai sayon ra sabton and di pud ko pa laysho2.. kai kibaw ko wa koi angay but if necessary i have to, and i do fit in as well...yellow pud akong lanyard, gnahan ta ko ma red (red kai management na cla), pero wala man nahitabo. hehehehehe.. depende raman na sa taw guys, di man na xa profession.. ni likoy man gud gamay ang sturya. just my two cents. peace!
hmmm...just why do people say "call center agents ra man"? It is a very decent job and people are getting very good pay. Unya "ra man" that is a pretty nasty overstatement. if ang uban they tend na maginenglish bisan asa sila ato nalang pud na irespect it's not gara-gara but gapractive lang gud sila gaanad para maenhance ang ilang english verbal skills. right man pud sad na nila oi. hilasan lang ta coz ato ng misconception na gagara sila but sayop gud ta pod. it's for their personal advancement so dapat malipay ta ana. anah lang. respeto...
let them complain uy. wala silay mahims kay naa man nag stay sa 4 floor and whether they like it or not, the people @ the 4th floor kay mogamit jud sa elevator. they can only sigh kay dili man sila ang mag buot sa routa sa elevator. kung dili sila gnahan mag joy ride, mag escalator sila, hehehe!
