sa tawo rajud na...
sometimes malain sa uban people ang call center agents because of what most call center agents show pod... so I think better if we do not discriminate pod. Though I could not blame other people pod kay siguro sa ka mga kabulastugan pod aning uban na call reps mahugaw na lng name sa tanan call reps. Ditto to KASAAC "sa tawo rajud na..."
correct!
@nirdle_phogi: PLEASE DON'T STEREOTYPE..not all call center agents are like that...as what the TS mentioned, he just happen to experience this in JY and from a specific call center company...be mindful of what you say...i have so many friends that work in call centers and mind you they're here in istorya..and they don't display such attitudes inside and outside of workplace.
pwede tagalogin nyu nalang mga totoy at neneng? makabansa pa dating nyo'...mga swapang na dila ay matamis sa salita pero wala sa gawa'...hoy pasimple lang kami but on my capacity i can fly to NY anytime i want, kaya mo!?
so are you saying the use of english language as a mean of communication constitutes one to be a "swapang"? if you're in NY, do you use "tagalog"? if not, try to mirror yourself on your statement.. read and understand what the TS is talking about.. this guy got disappointed by the actions those agents showed not with how they talk.
some people who dont have confidence on a certain skill gets intimidated by one who has... there has been no LAW that got ammended that prohibits people speaking in english on places some discriminately consider as "inapproriate". it is our choice, our right which language we use to communicate..
and my question is, why do people who makes such discriminating comments about call center agents talking in english in coffee shops or anywhere else get intimidated or probably "irriatated" with it when in the first place they are not talking to them or in any way involved on the conversation these agents have?

I don't quite see where having the capacity to fly to New York anytime relates to this thread's topic, Paladin73.
Anyway, the thread started did mention that he was not generalizing ALL callcenter agents. I have worked in a callcenter for more than 5 years and I know a whole lot of wonderful and polite people.
excuse me? are you on the right site? I believe this site mainly caters to each and everyones concerns not just yours...if di ka kasabot luoy ka...kung gusto ka makasabot hala pangita ug paagi...mag translator ba kaha ka...swapag ka dha ron nah!!! Unsay labot namo if mka adto kag new york kami mn sad. I wonder why this guy's soooooo guilty![]()
