^ discrimination always seeps in but the market always corrects it and nobody is threatened to be charged....the government may solve it but only through coercion on all businesses....
then you are admitting that the government may somehow solve even if it's coercion. that's it, the only thing disturbing you is "there will be no true free market". the free market has never solved an issue before. im against gay rights though.
^ oh no, the coercion of government has bred many more ill than the chaotic free market. You see, the government can be used as a tool for corporations to impose laws that indirectly benefit their interest... The probability of government being corrupted when it dives into the free market is almost always certain.
im against socialism and capitalism my dear friend hehe without regulation from the gov't, how much more suffering would be dealt to the society? the poor will live like ants scavenging and the elites will love you for sure. but thanks to the supernatural being im devoted with, the utopian state combined by socialism exist only in marx's dream. and oh, capitalism exist because democracy allowed it to...

The Philippines doesn't have an Anti Discrimination or Equal Rights between all PEOPLE clause in it's constitution. There is no bill of rights here either.
The USA has that already in place for the foundation. Philippines doesn't even have it yet.
So yes this law will help somewhat. But imposing infractions and penalties etc? I guess it's better than civil court sueing each other. This is a nationalistic government and culture that is all catholic.
USA is a union of many cultures and people. We naturally tolerate each other and have our own worlds and bubbles. We also have separate legal system and laws. States can file case against states and feds.
Ron Paul's message will not work in the Philippines. A Federal system needs to be in place here but it' needs to be regulated and restrained to death. Pilipinas politicians can't handle or control the amount of power they receive. most of them if not all eventually abuse it and leech the people for their money.
Anti Discrimination bills or laws won't stop discrimination. It will lesson it but honestly it will take an entire new generation with free thinking and open minded thoughts and equal views to start this.
im against freak events like same *** marriage.
how so? I think you are describing corporatism rather than capitalism... the concept of private property is a pillar in capitalism which is consistent with the philosophy of liberty. Capitalism is the most effective way of utilizing the vast diversity of usage for any particular product or service. The elites you describe or imply doesn't like capitalism, because there will be constant challenge to their status... without government protection, they must continuously innovate and make their products cost as low as possible, and as good in quality as possible.

I am against it also but it's a personal choice of people. The government shouldn't tell people who to marry and how and when.
Family, Society and usually beliefs/religion keep things in check or help evolve issues.
But some form of regulation should be in place cause anarchy usually leads to violence and rebellion.
And to MR> EWOW I'm a ron paul supporter all the way. But the government here isn't like the US. So the political operations and structure is different.
^ the system maybe different but the principles can be aligned with the concept of Liberty... Liberty is a universal concept and it applies to all... It will not cause anarchy because the government will enforce order by removing injustices to life, liberty and property.. This is only the domain through which government must serve the people. It should not involve with individual beliefs and choices, as well as the free market.

I'm a Ron Paul supporter and you are giving me a headache. You practicing the opposite of his views on foreign matters. You are an American with dual citizenship I assume. So you were raised American not Filipino. You're not even Asian. I'm at least Korean and Japanese.
You cant practice politics the way in the US the same you do here. Or go about implementing it the same way.
You forget this country has no Bill of Rights or Equal Rights Constitution Clause. The development of the country is different. It's religion is different. The commerce is different. The transportation is different. The history is WAY DIFFERENT.
Asians also have a different root in philosophy approaches. The workplace mindset is different and leadership and respect ethics are different.
Ron Paul works in meshed melting pot cultures and predominantly free and unsupressed cultures that had free markets to begin with or operate on.
Some people here don't want LIBERTY or AMERICAN STYLE. They want their own lives and beliefs and system.
Which are oposite of American.
