ironic that Roilo Golez withdrew as the principal author of that bill saying this bill could be used against the opposition. oh well.. nobody could refute that. he was the one writing the bill when he was still at the administration side. he knows better than anybody else.

generally, it is the presumption that every bill being passed for are geared towards upholding the common good of the citizens, but with the recent happenings, and with the underlying situations and the palace's eagerness to have it done, ON TOP OF IT are provisions that might tend to be used to give those who are in the seat even more avenues to tramp on others, without stepping beyond the realms of what is constitutionally legal?

it's better if they implement religiously existing guidelines to address the problem..
