    the sales dude told me nga dili sila mo replace, parts and labor lang... i told him clearly nga "boss what if naa defect nga wala pay 7 days, naa replacement?" he told me no, no replacement, free repair and labor only, thats the new rules, we need report from samsung first before we honor the warranty fo repairs"

    mayta lagi nga same ang mga tindahan sa save and earn kay naka experience ko naa problem ang phone nako, way daghan storya, replace daun... 2-3days palng ako phone... wala sila daghan yaw-yaw... excellent customer service gyud/...

    mao gyud yan sa ma timingan lang ky ako amigo pud naka palit ug cellphone dha sa ayala ...gez what ? bnew ha ....den to find out naa na mga names stored sa phonebook ...is that what u kall bnew? ni ahat nalang ilis ug unit ako amigo .......

    yan if u have the receipt try to call dti cebu tell them your complaint then ask unsay mahimu nila regarding this matter .....ky naka report nku ani kato scam dha sa ayala .....ill pm u the no sa dti cebu

    hmmm... murag di na na maayo bai. i had a similar problem same store sa SM but they replaced the unit after i accomplished the problem report from Nokia Care. that was Nov of 2009 pa sad hinuon. panghasi na lang didto. hehe. ask for a manager unya kung magmagahi gani ghapon, tell them you are reporting them to DTI. hehe. I think they're buying themselves some time so that when you go back there, ingnon na dayon ka nila nga it's beyond the 7-day leeway. Don't waste time.

    ajaja...agree with this...mao jud..may pa ang china phone dritso dayon ilis wlay daghan istorya..

    bsta wla lang scratches then sinaw pa ang unit within the 7 days replacement warranty...ehehh..

    ing ana sad gyud nang stiloha...

    naka buy pud ko og rc goldline na cellphone motorola, ang style nila pareha ragyud sa aerophone, louy kau ko ato kay it takes almost 2-3days to accomplish the requirements just to get the report dala na sa balik2x, hasol kau, dili baya ta permi libre bro. naa sad baya ta work...

    some stores don't know how important ang service or after sales service...
    kung hasol ang service, ang customer dili na gyud mo recommend anang tindahana

    korek murag jud mga bright cgeg yawyaw,,,basta after sales na gsni kung gusto jud pa ilisan ang unit , pangayo lang ug technical report sa service center arun ma replacesan dayun mo, ung cge lang mo ug yawyaw diri dili jud na mahuman inyo problema, kutob ra gud mio sa comment.

    e-reklamo jud na bro... ako gani before, 3 weeks na sa ako ang unit ( Sony E. bought @ audionet AYALA), ambot lang unsa nahitabo sa unit nga dli naman mo on.. geadto nako sa sony jud, ge-ilisan ang unit pero ni-agi sad kog kalbaryo...almost 3months ayha nailisan... cge jud ko balik2x adto asking if unsa nay update sa ako celfon.. kuliton man jud nako ang mga taga service center, ge-away man gani nako ang manager kay dli magkaparehas ug tubag ang mga front desk.. ako pa nimo, GULATA sila bro para hubag-hubagan..
