ka istorya... how bad ang CS sa PLDT karon..
As what i experienced is Naa mi problem sa amu 2 Lines Telephone and the FAX. we already called to the hotline almost a week ago and still no responds. everytime we call. all thier answer is
"MAAM/SIR we have already report it to our technical department and whatsoever, and we have already do some restore"
After a week wla gihapon. So i decided na muadto sa PLDT sa may JONES... then i talk one of thier staff.. then na trace nila sa pag.addto nko. mao pa daw pag.past sa report... unsa ka hinay ilang service. but kung kita ma delayed lang ug bayad putol dayun sila sa line...
Karon naa na pd prob amu watchpad. im callng 171 since thier morning. wla ghapon asnwer sa ako call......
Im totally pissed off that 171..
