    exercise, sleep 8 hours a day.

    thats my problem kay mo smoke man gud ko im really trying to get rid of this but unfortunately im still stuck into it..

    i have same problem, my bp plays between 160/120 and 140/100, lowest i get was 130/100

    bro your bp doesn't look good, consult your doctor bro so u can be properly evaluated, wala kay gibatyag?

    bro, u really need mg diet.. and pa chek up jud sa ka.. ky basin naa naka maintenance drug ana, to prevent your bp from surging up.. ky for those na wla ga maintenance ila bp na baseline taas na gyud..
