    btw, what happened to the so called deuterium deposit in Surigao (Philippine Deep)? as far as i remember, this made news in late 80's or early 90's kay maimpas daw ang foreign debt sa Pinas once ma extract...

    hehehe Ibaligya na ug la ing COUNTRY if there's oil in the area, dli ta katilaw ana. Example, PALAWAN the explored that area for many years and in fact, rich in oil deposit ang PALAWAN and the Filipinos did not enjoy any centavos from that oil until now, and no one knows who are receiving those incomes.
