how do you setup a 3 monitor setup with GTX 400series?(with or without 3d monitor).
3D Vision is already available. you just need to have the following.
    a.) 3D Vision ready monitor
    b.) 3D Vision kit
    c.) a compatible GeForce product
d.) PC with Windows Vista or Windows 7

I guess you're referring to nVidia's answer to ATI's Eyefinity.
nVidia call their tech as 3D Vision Surround and will be supported in the upcoming drivers.
    it's a 3 monitor set-up in full stereoscopic 3D plus wireless glasses
and can only be done on SLI configuration...monitors should have the specs below.

Correct me If I'm wrong, I think you'll need two GTX 480s for the 3D Vision which is very lame because a 5770 can even handle it own its own. Not a fanboi, just saying my Opinion about the 3D Vision.

XFX won’t have Fermi at launch, Nvidia won't provide & XFX "skips" GTX 480 and 470 cards

^ yep, just read that one earlier. FERMI is a massive FIASCO!!!

I mean seriously, only 15%+ performance with double the heat, double the power consumption just isn't worth it. bad nvidia, bad!!! i'm still nvidia though regardless...bilog ang mundo.

    **edit: in other news...

EarlZ has a GTX480. Di lang nako i-spill tanan beans.

the only thing i like about nvidia is the high memory bit... for ultra fast frame rate

i wish Ati will improve/increase their Memory interface sa ilang next product.

im not interested at the 3d surround thing.
just the tripple monitor setup. I just want to compare it with ATI Eyefinity and Matrox tripple head.

I have read about the requirements but there are no information or actual implementation.
need step by step instruction how to build one.

Eyefinity requires an expensive display port.
Nvidia requires SLI configuration (nvidia has not confirm/deny that it will also support old video cards gtx200 series), but i have not seen 1 yet for fermi.
Matrox is a simple box around $300 (plus shipping) would cost like an extra video card.

Nvidia is all talk but i have not seen one (yet?). has anyone found any actual implementation of the 3d vidsion (with or without surround)?
