i think nvidia also said that fermi(GTX 480) is gonna be 40% faster than 5870, so now u only see 5-10% increase? gi kapoi sila hinuwat nya mao ra diay ghapon to ang fermi just a bit faster than 5870. i know how it feels to be a fanboi bai lolz

But anyway, GTX 480 vs 5870...mas better ang 5870.. why? BUDGET friendly kaayo and the performance is still nice...dili ra maglayo ang fps..dili man sad nimo manotice ang fps..mayg maihap nimo ang screen every second while gaming..di ba?

5870 can be faster than GTX480 by overclocking. If your talking about headroom for overclocking 5870 is a lot cooler and consumes less power, the GTX480 would have a nuclear meltdown when you overclock it.

GTX480 should have the same price as 5870 considering the ineffeciency and power it consumes. That way they would be competitive against ATI's current lineup.

Im interested about the 3d vision. la pa ni nuh? i cant find any information on it yet.
how do you setup a 3 monitor setup with GTX 400series?(with or without 3d monitor).
