as far as my province is concerned, we will be better off as totally independent than having a national government to serve. federal form is good...total independence is better.

we are different anyway from the rest of the philippines...a little example, we do not wear helmets when riding and driving motorcycles here.

    (1) It can lead to duplication of government and inefficient, over-lapping or contradictory policies in different parts of the country.
    (2) It can lead to inequality between the states and lead to unhealthy competition and rivalry between them.
    (3) It can lead to over-government that will result to corruption.

the bolded parts are somehow probable. mg.away man gni mga tagalog and cebuano. how much more if kng mgbuwag na gyud.

but for decentralization of the government funds maau gyud federalism.

Dili mga tawo bro kay daghan wala ka eskwela ug daghan ang mangmang. Unsa-on nila pagkahibalo sa government system kung walay nagtudlo nila.

    - freedom of speech mga bro, nahan mo federalism, fine. nahan ra mi i voice out kung nganng tan.aw namu dili federalism ang kinahanglan para ma save ang your so called sick philippines.

mao bitaw kinahanglan ta ug changes kay for how many decades nana nga systema. Wala jud nilambo ang Pilipinas, hinu-on nagkadako pa ang utang.

    - peace ta, helathy discussion. dili tirahon ang mutingog, stick to the topic.

Federalism is a political concept in which a group of members are bound together by covenant (Latin: foedus, covenant) with a governing representative head.

    - group of members daw, as a filipino, as a citizen, naa siguro mi katungod i.question ang mga people that will soon to be in power kung federal na. nganu dili man mu makasabot sad ana? asa diay mu magkuha ug tawu kung mag federal na, mag hiring mu ug mga fresh grad? natural, mag una una gyud ang mga TRAPO.

sa akong pag-eskwela ug hi-school kay ang gitudlo sa among teacher kay bisan kinsa pwede mulansad isip government opisyal basta magampanan lang niya ang obligation
    isip usa ka government opisyal.

    - peace.

    kapayapaan

    - Philippines is not sick, some filipinos are.
because lack of knowledge with regards to system government.

na close na gani to sa pikas bro hehe.

OnT: why experiment with forms of government? why not total independence? that is what we were before Spain came to colonize us in the first place.

i just can not understand why i have to look up to a national government every time.

    @1722

A country is composed of a territory, people and the government. In general, this country is sick. Have any problem? I am referring to its totality.

How do you define total independence? The one without a government? That's next to impossible. Imagine a place without laws, chaos is everywhere.
