Last na lang jud na nako na tubag nimo girl.. We cannot change the corrupt officials by giving them counselling or retreats or unsa pa diha na masantos sila -- but the system of our government pwede nato ma-usab para ma-usab pud ni sila na mga corrupt either mapulihan sa lain by people's vote or mag-usab sila by themselves... How could that be possible? Please basa na lang balik sa na-explain nako previously unsa ako opinion.

all we really need is fewer government officials and for the money generated in that region to stay in that region. tungod sa systema karon nga mo adto pa sa national government ang kwarta dili na maka cater sa ubang lungsud or syudad og onsay kailangan nila nga kwarta. mahurot na og pakni sa mga mo aging kamot una ma abot sa ilang lugar.

Agree ko nimo ani bro. dapat gani few lang ang government opisyal para ma trace jud ang ilang binuhatan. kay kadtong lang naa ko tuyo one of their office. naghuwat pako from morning to afternoon and then giingnan lang mi "kong kinsa tong wala matawag balik lang ugma". Wala sad cla maghuna-huna sa atong situation. Ingon-ani pa ang panggobyerno nato ron ug wala pana cya nausab hangtud karon.

FEDERAL DEMOCRACY: A solution to the sick government.

    - mao unta ni ang title. naa man gud the sick country, the Philippines..

Federalism is a political concept in which a group of members are bound together by covenant (Latin: foedus, covenant) with a governing representative head.

    - group of members daw, as a filipino, as a citizen, naa siguro mi katungod i.question ang mga people that will soon to be in power kung federal na. nganu dili man mu makasabot sad ana? asa diay mu magkuha ug tawu kung mag federal na, mag hiring mu ug mga fresh grad? natural, mag una una gyud ang mga TRAPO.

    - peace.

    - Philippines is not sick, some filipinos are.

    Advantages
    (1) It ensures that government remains close to the people because the state government argue that they are more in tune with the daily needs and aspirations of people especially relevant to small and isolated places.
    (2) It encourages development of the nation in a decentralized and regional manner and allows for unique and innovative methods for attacking social, economic and political problems.
    (3) It provides a barrier to the dominance of the majority,

    Disadvantages
    (1) It can lead to duplication of government and inefficient, over-lapping or contradictory policies in different parts of the country.
    (2) It can lead to inequality between the states and lead to unhealthy competition and rivalry between them.
    (3) It can lead to over-government that will result to corruption.
