Is the sickness caused by the form of government?
I guess it is more ominous in having a hydra than having a single headed octopus.
I think the root cause is monetary, we need to manage our resources not giving
any corrupt government officials to put it inside their pockets.

im open to federalism but im more concern of those poor provinces, good for us here in cebu that we can live independently w/o the intervention of the national government.

To those who want to change the people.

Example 1 person per day will change, we have 90 million Filipinos divided by 365 days per year. That would be 246575 years to change all Filipinos. We will all die before that happens. And take note, you can't a person's attitude overnight. Suluha na ninyo diha, pag usab na mo. So, the best way is to change the system of government.

Ubos sa proposal ni Sen. Nene Pimentel the state will be composed by region. From region 1 to 17, that will be a state. So 17 states will compose the USP. Say, region 7 which are Cebu, Bohol, Negros and Siquijor. These group of islands will be one state. So, dili maglisod ang gamay ra nga lugar kay matabangan man.
