It's the people in the system + The System... not the People running it alone. The easier to change would be the SYSTEM...if we need to change the People running it, we'll need Ethnic Cleansing to bury it down to the ground (which is very impossible to do).

If we want change, We start with one element at a time. Start with the SYSTEM itself... And no, the "PEOPLE" element is NEAR IMPOSSIBLE to change.

I definitely agree with this. I salute Sir Kazki.

This is OT. Singapore is a small piece of lot. You can basically track every bit of development within it. They don't need to change the type of government because of its SMALL LAND AREA.

The Philippines, on the other hand, is composed of 7,107 Islands. It basically is sprawling, hence the slow development... You can't have everything centralized in a Country with 7,107 Islands. You need to localize its growth and development.

And yes, the CAPITAL is more developed than everything else in the country (Cebu or Davao is not even half its development)...I'm Cebuano btw... but this concentrated growth and development sickens me.

Why do you think majority of province folks still flock at the CAPITAL?

Singapore has a very efficient government system plus a very efficient leader running the country. The system and the people runs it, works hand in hand. You mean, we need to change the people? It will take hundreds of years.

I just said... the "PEOPLE" element is NEAR IMPOSSIBLE to change. I'm an open-minded individual, If we can't find solutions in "A", we find it in "B", so on and so forth... we don't go with A all the time... Going for "A" alone has been happening in the country since 1946.

Keyword : PEOPLE, NEAR IMPOSSIBLE (Ethnic Cleansing needed to change it)

that's because all the money generated in the other big cities goes to the capital of the Philippines. that's why they are more developed than others.

-ok, let us do the math.

change the people = 100 yrs

change of the people from the old to mange the new system + change of system = 100 yrs + X

    - maayo pa dili na lang ta mag change the system, change from within dapat.
