I am always for Federalism. It's about time that people change their views on this good government system of management.

Faster development and progress for all. There will be no slackers in the provinces. Everyone will strive hard and not wait for money from the National Gov't. Development and progress, we need it... and we need it fast!

magtinabangay unta, dili mag iya iya.

    - sorry kung sounds offenensive .. hehehe peace ü ......

    - basta ang point kay, magtinabangay, kay base man gud sa description sa TS

Under the Federal form of government, all provinces will become states. They are given the chance to develop their own local government units. They will just give some portions of their earnings to the National government, but majority will remain in their coffers. And the country will have a new name, the United States of the Philippines (USP). During this time, developments will spread all over the country. Progress would be everywhere.

    - develop their own, give portion of the earnings....

    - corrupt man gud ang naa sa taas, mao na ang gihatag sa mga provinces to the national level dili na mabalik, mao na na run. wala na gani mubalik ang share sa karun nga set.up, unsaon na lang kung "portion of earnings" na lang ang ihatag.imbes nga naa budget para pa espalto sa karsada, basin ang muabot sa under class provinces kay pangpalit na lang ug graba. mao na, changes start from the top. ma federal pa na o dili, basta corrupt ang naa sa taas. la gyud ta padulngan. as a filipino citizen, mag contribute sad ta. let us do our share, our obligation. ü

Kung federal na, the provinces will recieve very minimal funding or none at all from the national government. If Mindanao or its politicians will not strive, it will be on the losing end. There's no other choice but to go for Development and Progress.

Ang mga Politicians nga mga corrupt wala nay ma.kik2x gkan sa National Gov't. If you're a corrupt politician the rule would be --- It's like develop your own province so you can "kik2x" something. Progress and Development is one essential step to change.

This is actually very good. Everything will be localized. In our time now, if a province wants to start a project...it has to submit it to the national government, wait for it to get approved, wait for its budget, etc etc...basically, it takes a LONG time before everything gets done. Time is of the essence for progress and development. Idle time is a waste.

With Federalism, if your province has enough funds, it can start the project on its own...no more long waiting time.
